All About the Grill: Meats, Sauces, Salads and Sides

Summer is grilling season--learn how to make a full meal on your backyard barbecue in this hands-on class with our pro chef. In this three hour morning class, reserved for 12 guests per class, our chef will teach skills around the basics: handmade pasta and sauces. You will learn fabrication, cooking techniques and some classic recipes.

During the 2.5 hour session you'll learn how to use your grill to create a full summer spread of meats, salad, sides, and sauces.

Our chef will cover essential culinary techniques as well as focus on grilling basics like heat, grill positioning, resting, smoking and more.

You'll be preparing gourmet caliber dishes in no time!
During each session you will get a hands-on experience executing techniques and recipes, all with personal feedback and assistance from the chef.

You will prepare several dishes per class, then there will be time at the end of each session to eat your creations and engage in a round table discussion with the chefs and your fellow students about techniques, flavors and other culinary topics.

We will debunk common myths, share effective tips and tricks, and drive home key culinary points (taste, taste and taste again!).
