Description

This Chicken Techniques class will cover techniques such as boning, trussing, marinating and storing. While you learn these amazing techniques, you will also make two chicken dishes: The Perfect Chicken Wings with Sauce, and pan fried.

This is a class every one needs to add to their books! This class will only seat 12 people. Raw whole chickens will be used.
