The increasingly popular "Raw Food Diet" has made its way to Cookology. This diet focuses on eating food the is in its most natural state: uncooked and unprocessed. If executed correctly, this diet can lead to a feeling of purity and renewed health. In this hands-on class, Chef Instructor Kevin Carroll will show you how to make a delicious meal within the contraints of the "Raw Food Diet" while maintaining high levels of nutrients and taste.
