Pale Ale goes well with hearty foods like dark breads and meats with heavy sauces. And India Pale Ale or IPA is the bitter brother of the Pale Ale and good for drinking but not great for cooking.

In this class we're going to use a Pale Ale for cooking and serve these dishes along side of an IPA.
