This class runs MONDAY, OCTOBER 22nd to THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24th, 2018

THIS IS CONSIDERED THE LAST WEEK OF THE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Join us for a journey through wine making regions, breweries, distilleries and more. Tastings are encouraged but not necessary. Having the knowledge of wine, beer and spirits is important to both cooking and food pairing.

The class ends with a competitive mystery basket challenge, where a winning team is announced. Completion certificates will be awarded, and speeches will be given.
