Welcome to 2017's Holiday Cooking Camp!

Hone your skills and join us in the kitchen for a week of food and fun!

In this hands-on cooking and baking camp you'll begin your training to becoming a top chef as we learn essential culinary concepts like knife skills, sauteing, roasting, baking, pastry techniques and more, all while creating delicious, classic dishes.

You are purchasing a week-long cooking camp that meets Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22 from 9:00am-12:00pm. The total cost of five sessions is $375.

NOTE FOR PARENTS: We reserve the right to remove any disruptive or potentially dangerous child from the class.

ALLERGY ALERT: Parents and/or guardians are responsible for making the Cookology staff aware of their child's allergies at the time of booking and at the time of sign-in on the first day of camp. For the safety of every child, ALL ALLERGIES (mild to severe) must be listed including the severity and nature (topical, air-borne, or ingestion) of each allergy. Every child will be touching every ingredient during the camp session. Therefore, any topical allergies must be identified as such. Subsequently, parents, guardians, and/or caregivers are responsible for providing appropriate and necessary remedies or medications to be administered in the event the child experiences an allergic reaction.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Winter Camp cancellation is 10 days or more prior, a full refund will be issued. 9 to 3 days prior only credit will be given to take another course. 2 days prior to class, no refund or cancellation will be given. We will make our determination on a case by case basis.
