Join us for a night of delicious food and cold, local beer!
In this hands-on class, your chef instructor will guide you through the creation of a delicious meal with the ingredients sourced by local farmers from Stone Feather Farm.
In this class, you will learn and practice techniques including knife skills, pan-searing, and cooking risotto.
After you construct your meal, you will get to sit down and enjoy what you've prepared.
