Learn to make delicious, seasonally-inspired pies and tarts in this hands-on baking workshop.
During this session you'll learn the essential skills for creating perfect tarts at home, including:
• Hands-on creation of two kinds of doughs
• How to use prepared puff pastry as a dessert crust
• The anatomy of a tarte tatin
• How to make a free form tart without using a tart pan
You'll practice proper technniques with guidance from our chef, then form and bake two tarts and a personal sized pie from scratch.
