We've brought it back! Come take our new and improved Gluten-Free classes!!

In this hands-on class, Chef Instructor Del will guide you through making delicious gluten-free baked goods that anyone will love.

This class will be taught in the Tuscan Kitchen (retail area) in Cookology to make the class more gluten-free and celiac accessible. This is outside of our enclosed professional kitchen where most other classes take place.

In the food allergy section of registration, please identify the severity of your allergy and take any necessary precautions to ensure your safety, as our kitchen does have flour stored in it. You are welcome to contact us at (703) 433-1909 should you have questions about the class.
