Celebrate the season, vegetarian style!
In this class Chef Pepper will teach you how you can take advantage of the cornucopia of farm fresh foods by incorporating these delicious ingredients into your everyday meals. You'll learn the basic structure for seasonal cooking success, then you'll get hands-on practice creating fantastic, fresh vegetarian dishes dishes.
During the session we'll cover topics such shopping tips to pick the best bounty, complementary flavor combinations, and tips and tricks for getting the most out of your fresh produce.
Chef Pepper will also cover basic techniques for cooking different types of produce and you'll get a hands-on cooking lesson creating satisfying and nutritious vegetarian dishes.
