In this hands-on class you'll learn the complicated but artful skill of making homemade cinnamon rolls. We will demonstrate the dough, and use dough that has been prepared by the chef, because it takes a few hours for the dough to rise, and we will explain this in detail.
You'll also learn classic Eggs Benedict including how to poach an egg to perfection and make Hollandaise sauce. You can substitute ham for spinach.
Mimosas are offered as well as iced tea.
