Join us for this Thai cooking class Paleo style.

Paleo is simply eating anything that is not refined...which basically means you're not eating a ton of simple sugars, over processed carbs or wheat products (which is like everything good--bread, crackers, cereals, bagels, donuts, anything with sugar or anything that makes you happy like chocolate, dairy, or seed oils).

The point of cooking Paleo is finding a way to eat healthy whole foods by making them delicious and satisfying by using herbs and spices.

In this class you'll get a primer on herbs and spices, and knife skills.
