endure. It means bringing life back to the dinner table with show stopping, mouthwatering dishes meant to stimulate all of our senses.
In this class Chef and Farmer Pepper Gonzalez will discuss how the responsible use of local, sustainable ingredients can lead to rewarding outcomes economically, environmentally, and deliciously... on your dinner plate!
During the session you'll learn about local, seasonal produce using a CSA share from Stone Feather Farm. Chef Pepper will discuss how to select, store, and prep seasonal ingredients, and give tips on seasonal cooking success as you learn to create a meal from scratch.
