Paella is a traditional Spanish dish made with rice, saffron, and assorted meat and seafood. Traditionally cooked in a large cast-iron skillet on a grill, this all-in-one dishes is rich in flavor and aroma.
In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will show you how to bring Paella into your home and add a bit of Cajun flare to the dish. Served with Sweet Beginets, a French-style pastry very common in New Orleans, this class will leave you full and wanting to come back for more!
