During this session you'll learn the essential skills for creating perfect pies at home, including:
• Creation of homemade pie crust
• Proper rolling and cutting techniques
• Making flavorful fillings from scratch using seasonal produce
You'll practice proper techniques with guidance from our chef, then take home personal sized pies.
