With the balance between fresh herbs, meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide

Based upon 5 key Fundamentals which help keep the balance. Typically talked about with Yin-Yang. Keeping balance with contrasts of flavors and textures. In this class students will learn the basics and explore new flavors. Make it sweet or make it spicy! Its up to you!
